Car Dealer Review Sites

Dealers can have reviews of how they are treating their customers on many Internet sites now. Anyone can log in to one of these sites, bit on a negative (or positive) post, and have that information out on the web for all to see. A dealer needs to check these sites periodically to monitor how their dealership is being perceived, and take the steps needed to address any negative comments.
